The first of its kind. A pure glass prism, boldly situated on 800 linear feet of scenic bayfront, rises above the lush gardens of Miami’s most desirable enclave.
There are luxurious options for every intention at the EDITION Residences, Edgewater Miami. From the porte cochère to the rooftop, the tower’s nearly 45,000 square feet of thoughtful amenities recall the EDITION hotel experience of modern, exclusive hospitality.
The project is planned at 2121 North Bayshore Drive in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood, facing Biscayne Bay and Margaret Pace Park. It is a private-residence development associated with the EDITION brand, not simply a block of hotel rooms.
Two Roads Development is the developer. Arquitectonica, led on the project by Bernardo Fort-Brescia, is the architect, and Studio Munge is the interior designer.
Project materials describe a 55-story tower with 185 homes, ranging from one-bedroom-plus-den to four-bedroom plans. Earlier published sizes were approximately 1,952 to 3,864 square feet, plus three triplex penthouses; use the latest unit schedule because combinations can change totals.
Approximately 45,000 square feet of amenities are promoted across multiple levels, including a pool deck, bayfront gardens, lounges, library, dining and entertainment spaces, screening and conference rooms, and a wellness level with fitness, spa, steam, and sauna facilities.
Earlier project materials referenced four guest suites, children’s spaces, a dog park, and a pet spa. Availability, charges, reservation rules, and final pet limits should be verified in the current prospectus rather than inferred from the amenity list.
Older launch coverage used preliminary construction timelines, but the official pages reviewed did not provide a sufficiently current, definitive delivery date. Ask for a dated construction report and read the purchase contract’s outside date and extension provisions.
Public official pages reviewed did not establish final minimum lease periods, frequency limits, owner-occupancy requirements, or unit-specific parking allocations. Buyers should obtain these items in writing, especially if rental flexibility or multiple vehicles are material.
Request live inventory with residence number, floor plan, exposure, interior and terrace area, price, deposit stages, estimated association/brand charges, and closing costs. Avoid relying on archived launch prices or unsourced resale portals.
