The suites are equipped with 16 ft wide x 14 ft high roll-up garage doors. The buildings are constructed with concrete block exterior and interior walls with a steel purlin roof system. Individual suites are shell spaces set up for a complete interior customization and contain standard utilities such as a plumbed toilet room, HVAC system with an air-handler closet and hose-bib for water. Redline Auto Suites(r) offers an exclusive Club Room amenity which spans the entire auto court below inspired by a motor speedway grandstand club suite. This private space is appointed with a large lounge setting, wet bar, poker and pool table game room, kitchen for private or catering use, and restrooms.
