Unlike other Realtors®, that are focused not on their client's interests but on their own, he spent time with me to get to know the things important to me and understand my taste. Johnathan has been an outstanding, and very patient agent to work with. We have bought other houses in other states, and feel Johnathan is one of the best we have dealt with. It is a very odd time to be a buyer, since the current market benefits the seller, and homes often get into a bidding war. Unfortunately, we decided to buy in the Sarasota market, and we were sad after all the showings we had in the Naples area with Johnathan to not buy a home in his market. In the event we do decide down the road to look further in the Naples area, we will use Johnathan.
