It offers an especially extravagant atmosphere during the holiday season when it's decorated with all the festive glitz and glam. You'll also find excellent shopping choices down 3rd Street South and along Strada Place, where the Mercato shopping center is found. The Pub, a British-inspired local watering hole, is located within this venue.
The Waterside Shops also offer an upscale solution for shopping, with a waterfall and plants as the focal point of the beautifully landscaped place. Tiffany & Co, Tory Burch, Gucci, Ann Taylor, and Anthropologie are just a few of the popular selections. The Village Shops on Venetian Bay provide yet another possibility when you're hoping to find the new threads and goods you're after. This waterfront complex contains many boutiques and outdoor seating to enjoy the atmosphere.
When it comes to dining, Naples also has plenty of eateries to explore. The Capital Grille is a fine dining facility offering a club vibe in a refined setting. Feast on American fare and the best steaks around when you book a table here. The Village Pub is a popular place to enjoy drinks and seafood on a bayside patio, while Bayside Seafood Grill & Bar is a similar venue offering live music. Ziggy D'Amico's Whiskey Bar & Diner is a favored choice for Italian sandwiches, pasta, and other deli fares.
Things to Do
With so much water to explore off the coast, many prefer joining a yacht club. The Venetian Bay Yacht Club is one great choice in the city. It's located near Inner Doctors Bay. For some time relaxing at the beach, Via Miramar Beach is a popular spot. White sand and beautiful blue water await you here. Clam Pass Park is also highly-rated for its beach, boardwalk, and additional amenities.
If you are looking for an indoor adventure, Naples is also home to many arts organizations. For instance, Artis is a visual arts and performing arts center. The Naples Performing Arts Center also hosts magnificent shows, while TheatreZone is a theater company where you can attend an array of events. If you want to catch a show on the big screen, don’t miss the Regal.
One of the biggest attractions that should never go unmentioned is the Naples Zoo at the Caribbean Gardens. Residing in a historic setting, this zoo is unlike any other. Boat tours take you through the islands to explore the amazing wildlife. There are also various shows, feedings, and events you can attend. The ZOObilee: Feast with the Beasts event in February is one of the biggest events in the area. This 21 and over party brings in caterers, live music, and a silent auction, with proceeds aimed at boosting zoo conservation efforts.
At the Christmas on Third annual tree lighting ceremony, the week-long celebration rings in the holiday cheer with glittering lights and fantastic decor. Festive attendees can enjoy snow showers and Christmas carolers, and they can even meet Santa! For additional holiday fun, the Waterside Shops also host Merry Makers festivities, with live music as you search for those perfect gifts for your loved ones.
