Compare the current floor plan and recorded area schedule for the selected residence. Interior area, covered terrace and rooftop or other exterior area are different measures and should not be combined when comparing price per square foot.

Residence line and floor matter because they affect outlook, sunlight, privacy, terrace configuration and the arrangement of living and bedroom spaces.
