The Shore Club Private Collection reimagines one of Miami Beach’s most storied oceanfront properties as an exceptionally limited collection of private residences set across three beachfront acres. Developed by Witkoff and designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects in the firm’s first oceanfront residential project, the development combines historic Art Deco architecture, contemporary beachfront living, botanical gardens and five-star service in a setting that feels far more like a private resort than a conventional condominium.

The collection is limited to just 49 residences distributed among three distinct residential experiences: a new oceanfront tower, the restored historic Cromwell House and a singular Beach House positioned directly along the sand. Stern Architects uses curved forms, layered terraces and architectural references to classic yacht design, Miami Modernism and the Art Deco heritage of the original Shore Club.

The result is contemporary but unmistakably connected to Miami Beach. Residences are designed from the inside out, emphasizing gracious floor plans and panoramic views rather than simply maximizing density.

The Historic Cromwell House

The restored 1939 Cromwell House introduces a completely different residential experience within the development.

Behind its preserved Art Deco façade, Robert A.M. Stern Architects has reimagined the building as an intimate collection of large residences, including full-floor homes and a duplex crown residence. The combination of landmark architecture, full-floor privacy and contemporary interiors gives Cromwell House a character that cannot easily be replicated in a newly constructed Miami Beach tower.

The Shore Club Private Collection is being created in partnership with Auberge Collection, bringing professionally managed hospitality and service to the residential experience.

The project is designed around the unusual combination of boutique residential privacy and five-star hotel service. For owners maintaining several homes, that service platform creates the convenience of a sophisticated lock-and-leave residence while preserving a distinctly residential atmosphere.

The adjoining Auberge resort is expected to include 75 suites when it opens alongside the residences in 2027.
