Johnathan has been an outstanding, and very patient agent to work with. We have bought other houses in other states, and feel Johnathan is one of the best we have dealt with. It is a very odd time to be a buyer, since the current market benefits the seller, and homes often get into a bidding war. Unfortunately, we decided to buy in the Sarasota market, and we were sad after all the showings we had in the Naples area with Johnathan to not buy a home in his market.
